Terms and Conditions
This Agreement sets out the Terms and Conditions that will govern the relationship between Occasional Dance Theatre School, (Tina Easteal) and you the Parent/Guardian.
This is a legally binding agreement.
Fees
Fees are £13.00 per week, paid weekly for New Students for the first month at Theatre School, thereafter paid on the FIRST Thursday of each month for how many weeks during that period.
Discounted fees are offered to siblings:
- 2 children £12 each per week
- 3 children £11 each per week.

Monthly fees are paid even for missed weeks. In the event your child being unable to attend the full month, fees still must be paid in full.
If more than one month is missed due to injury or illness and you have advised us, fees will be waivered.
A late payment fee of £20 will be added to all fees not paid by Week 2 of Theatre School for that month.
If fee payments are not paid when due, the right to send your child to Theatre School may be withdrawn until payment is received and brought up to date.
No refunds can be given on fees.
Termination
A four week notice period is required for termination of time at Occasional Dance Theatre School and therefore, fees must be paid in full up to that date, (even if the Student doesn’t attend) and any outstanding fees MUST be paid.
Costume Fees
Costume hire fees are to be paid when a show is up and coming, details of cost and payment dates are sent in advance of the show. Any child taking part in the show will be subject to this cost. Costume hire fees are kept to a minimum with Occasional Dance Theatre School contributing 50% of the costs.
Any Student who terminates their time at Occasional Dance Theatre School prior to the show after costume payments have been requested will still be required to pay in full.
Any Costumes taken home from the show and not returned a £25.00 fee will be charged.
Extra Rehearsals
Extra rehearsals are required on the lead up to Show and Events, fees for this will be outlined at time, extra rehearsals are paid for on a pay as you attend basis.
Extra rehearsals are our best chance to organise large group numbers (opening/finale). If your child is not in attendance at these rehearsals they may not be involved in certain sections of the show.
Photos/Videos
We reserve the right to use any individual or group photographs or movie shots of your child for press or promotional purposes. A GDPR consent form will be issued to you for your signature in agreement for this. Please contact info@occasionaldance.co.uk if you wish to alter your preferences.
Timekeeping
To avoid disturbing classes, please arrive in good time. Entrance to classes may be
barred to anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late unless, advised in advance.
Discipline
A teacher may, at any time, ask your child to leave a class if he/she is jeopardising the safety or enjoyment of others or their educational experience.
Bullying, harassment, abuse or other inappropriate behaviour is strictly forbidden and will result in expulsion. Students must treat all Occasional Dance Theatre School members, staff and teachers with respect and consideration. Occasional Dance Theatre School does not tolerate rude, offensive or aggressive remarks and misbehaving in any way.
Uniform
Occasional Dance T Shirts and Hoodies can be purchased at Theatre School.
We ask that your child wears comfortable clothing (leggings/tracksuit bottoms) they can move in.

Class timetables and teachers are subject to change from time to time without notice.
