After the huge success of our previous Upminster workshops “Hairspray”, “Charlie & The Chocolate Factory”, “Frozen”, “Aladdin” , “Beauty & The Beast”, “School of Rock”, “Mary Poppins”, “The Lion King”, “Frozen II”, “Encanto” OD THEATRE SCHOOL this time are giving students the opportunity to sing, dance and act their way through another intensive musical workshop….MATILDA.
During the fun filled magical 2 day course, students will gain an insight to the musical and movie.
The workshop training will ensure each child gets the most from their experience, gaining life building skills, confidence, and the importance of team work all through various drama techniques.
From the moment the children arrive, they will be caught up in the thrills and excitement of fun, hard work and creativity of producing a play in 2 days!! It’s a lot of fun and a fabulous way to spend the Summer Holidays.
The kids will love you for booking them onto this creative treat. The children will be taught scenes, songs and dances and at the end of the workshop, they will perform their version of the movie and musical to their friends and family. No previous experience necessary – just lots of enthusiasm!
They will be challenged to learn lines, lyrics, dance routines, again gaining confidence through the 2 days and enjoying the thrills of showcasing their new skills at the end of the experience for all their friends and family to enjoy (performance with audience on day 2).
