Tina Easteal Tina Easteal set up Occasional Dance Theatre School in 2011.

From the age of 5 Tina spent most of her time at Drama and Dance classes, continuously learning new skills, performing in shows, competitions, taking dance exams and making new friends along the way. By being introduced to the foundations of the performing world to Tina from a young age, she then made the decision to continue in the field and by moving on to Barking College at 16 years of age, gaining a BTEC and HNC in Performing Arts. Tina still wanted to learn and improve her skills to the best they could be so auditioned for a place at Masters Performing Arts College. Tina spent 3 years at Masters and successfully achieved her Associate ISTD in Tap, LAMDA Awards, Best Supporting Actress – Thurrock Drama Festival, Winner of Derek Hartley's Tap Awards 2000. Tina took the training she received along with confidence and determination and headed out into the performing world.

Tina's first professional performance was with Bruce James Productions, playing Fairy Godmother in Jack and the Beanstalk Christmas Pantomime at Thameside Theatre Grays. Tina was then lucky enough to land a Dancer/Singer 12 month contract with CMC Productions on P&O Cruise Liner 'Oriana' with a worldwide itiniery. Shows included Grease, Half a Sixpence, Al Jolson Story to name but a few.
The travelling bug was then in Tina and she was offered a dancing contract with the worlds largest and most popular cruise line Carnival. One contract lead to another and Tina completed 5 years with Carnival performing in their huge production shows onboard Carnival Fantasy, Triumph, Legend, Pride and Freedom.

Between Tina's contracts other performing work she undertook in the UK Bremner Bird and Fortune CH4. Holby City BBC, Empire Casino London, Murder in Mind BBC, Spooks BBC.

After many years away Tina decided it was time for her to offer the performing experiences she had been fortunate to be part of to local children in her home town, discovering that you need all 3 disciplines dance, drama & singing under your belt to succeed, she decided to offer a theatre school incorporating this. Tina along with other professional teachers within their field offer students the best tuition, nurturing them to the best performer they can be.

This year Tina got itchy feet on the performance front so auditioned and was again lucky enough to be chosen to perform in the Olympic Opening Ceremony London 2012. She had an amazing experience along with a once in a lifetime opportunity.
